Rotary filters are designed for clarifying highly contaminated liquids. The principle of operation is to deposit a continuous layer which is then filtered. The deposit is scraped off at the end of the filter revolution.

Cleaning solutions for extruder screws

Extrusion is a widely used process in the food industry. Used at high temperatures, this process can generate fouling that is difficult to clean using manual solutions.

Sticky products can be caramel, sugar or glucose, for example. To avoid any risk of foreign bodies appearing during manual cleaning (using metal brushes, for example), we offer high-pressure cleaning ramps for safely stripping screws.

Cleaning solution for conveyor dryers in the food industry. Mobile cleaning ramp. During cleaning phases, the head moves back and forth for effective cleaning while minimising water consumption. The cleaning head is positioned outside the process zone to avoid any contact with the products.
