Optimization of petrochemical processes thanks to AX System solutions

AX System develops solutions used in numerous chemical and petrochemical processes, such as the manufacturing of fertilizers (NPK), natural gas liquefaction (GTL), and refineries. These processes involve many stages requiring heat exchangers. These exchanges can be carried out using liquid/liquid heat exchangers, such as plate exchangers, but also liquid/air exchangers, through air-cooled heat exchangers made of finned tubes. They can be used to condense steam, for example, or cool a heat transfer fluid like oil. In the petrochemical industry, various types of heat exchangers are found, each adapted to specific applications: Plate heat exchangers are valued for their compact design and efficiency. Shell and tube heat exchangers are used for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Tubular bundle heat exchangers are common in refining processes.
